Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or booking a service with Care Cleaning Toronto, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Our Services
We provide Standard Residential Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning, Commercial Office Cleaning, Childcare Centre Cleaning, and Medical & Wellness Cleaning across Toronto, ON, along with the Care Baby – Nursery Package add-on.
Booking & Confirmation
Submitting a request through our website is a request for service, not a guaranteed appointment. All bookings are confirmed directly by our team by phone or email.
Quotes & Pricing
Standard Residential Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, and Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning are generally available for direct booking. Commercial Office Cleaning, Childcare Centre Cleaning, and Medical & Wellness Cleaning are quote-based and priced according to the size and scope of the space. Final pricing is confirmed before service begins.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We ask for at least 24–48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment where possible. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee, at our discretion.
Access to Premises
Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property or space at the scheduled time. Additional charges may apply if our team is unable to access the space as arranged.
Products & Safety
We use eco-conscious, Canadian-supplied cleaning products, with unscented options available on request. Product DIN information and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are available on request.
Insurance & Liability
Care Cleaning Toronto carries commercial liability and bonding insurance. Please report any damage or concerns within 24 hours of service so we can address them promptly. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the cost of that service.
Staff Screening
All team members complete a Vulnerable Sector Check prior to working in childcare or other sensitive environments.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, and logos, belongs to Care Cleaning Toronto and may not be used without our permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Care Cleaning Toronto is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this website.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable within it.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
